Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support, assist in posting property listings, and help ensure smooth communication across our client network.
This is a remote position open only to candidates based in the United States, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update property listings for rent and sale across various platforms
- Handle client inquiries through email, chat, and phone
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Support marketing activities, including posting on social media and property sites
- Maintain organized records, documents, and data entries
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, social media platforms, and CRM systems preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Must be based in the United States
Compensation
